Call our dedicated, experienced and helpful sales team with your product enquiry or for any advice. We will try our best to assist you in choosing the items you need.

Place your order

You can place your order over the phone and pay remotely using our safe payment link or pay at the counter when you collect your items. Calling in advance helps us check stock levels and get your materials ready for you, making collection quick and easy.

If your items are in stock

Your items will be prepared as quickly as possible. If we have the items in stock at your nearest branch then your order could be ready for collection immediately, or very soon after.

If your items are at another branch

Sometimes we might not have the items in stock at your chosen branch but being a part of the Robert Price Group it’s likely that we have them elsewhere within the company. In this instance we can arrange for you to collect from the a stocking branch if you wanted to, or if you are able to wait, then we will arrange for your items to be transferred on our inter-branch lorry. This can take between 1 to 7 days to arrive depending on the delivery schedule, however, we advise you to speak to your sales adviser for more accurate timings.

If your items are on order

If your items are ‘on order’ then we will contact you when they arrive to let you know that they are ready to collect. When you place your order, we will try to give you an estimated date of arrival for the goods, however we cannot guarantee a fixed day, date or time where third party suppliers are involved.

Alternatively, we can offer delivery, once the materials have arrived in our yard. Please ask for further information and a delivered quote.
